Hospets - Our Services & Programs

Sponsor a Senior & Their Pet

The majority of seniors we assist are low income. Often they struggle to provide food and supplies for their pets. By Sponsoring a Senior, you may select a senior to assist with their pet food and supply needs. You will be sponsoring them for 12 months. You will receive instructions on how to purchase and provide supplies to them. If you would like to sponsor a senior please email

We are always seeking volunteers. We have a variety of opportunities available from volunteering at events, delivering pet food, transporting pets to vet appointments, grooming, fundraising, social media and more.

General Volunteer Application

Respite Care

Many times there is a need for pet respite care while the pet owner undergoes medical treatment or rehab. Offering respite care saves many pets from having to go to the animal shelter and also keeps the pet owner from having to permanently lose their pet. Respite care is providing temporary care for a pet, in your home. All food, supplies and veterinary care is provided by Hospets. You just provide the love, care and supervision of the pet.

We are always in need of fundraising to continue the work we do. We need help with activities such as planning and executing fundraising ideas, seeking and writing grants, and increasing public awareness through media, marketing, etc.
